A good crowd showed up today to shoot under partly cloudy skies and temperatures
that were higher than those forecast. With a light breeze and clouds the heat was not
nearly as oppressive as it has been. Ike Branthwaite came out of "B" class to take the
singles event with a 98. I might have to start helping Mr. High with the classifying.Marty
Hill managed to break one more bird than Glenn Alford to win Caps with a 91. Charlie
Ackroyd found his way home from the Cardinal Center to take Doubles with an 82.
And now for the rest of the story.
