They say that it could make it possible to trace ammo back to the manufacturer. that way it could be logged to what distributor it was sold to what dealer and you would have to sigh for it when you bought it. Also any ammo you have will have to be used before a certain date or be turned over to the government or you could be sent to jail of federal prison. This would in turn increase the price of the ammo by 500% or more. Guess who is paying for the increase? The bill wants to impose another 5 cents a bullet increase in taxes on ammo, to set up the tracing facility in Ky. OUR GOVERNMENT AT WORK.

500% increase in the price of ammo, from your Friendly Kentucky democratic Government.
There are bills like this in most states already and I am sure there will be a National version very soon if it is not already.
There is a bill out in Kentucky to do micro encoding for ammo.
This is just another way to take away your gun rights or make criminals of American Citizens , Your Guns are no good without ammo..
This needs to be stopped dead in it's tracks. Please send this to anyone you think can help, every strong American you can think of, all of your like thinking friends or your freedoms will be lost forever. This is just the start of things to come.
