Joe Nimer Memorial Scores

Post by smokem »

A good number of folks showed up today at the Rock for the Joe Nimer shoot. The weather cooperated until about 10 and then here came the wind.

The wind played with the targets a bit and it looks like it didn't hurt the scores too much! We were able to run four traps and the events flowed smoothly most of the day!

Singles - Four hotshots wound up with 99's and tied for higun and they included Lou Carter, Jon Lederer, Charlie Brown and Jimmy Wilson. Charlie Rinehart won the flip for A with Chris Shoulars, Martin Carter won B, Winky Mabe won C, Chris Shoulars took junior, Charlie Brown took vet and JC took senior vet.

Handicap - Scott Hanes just got a reduction and got his yard back at the Rock, Rock president Roger Haney won short, Jon Lederer won mid, Marty Hill won intermediate and Jimmy Wilson won long. Chris Shoulars took junior, Morris Carroll took vet and JC Nunn took senior vet.

Doubles - Greg High took hi gun, Jimmy Wilson took AA, Scott Hanes took A, Chris Shoulars took B, JC Nunn took C, Michael Johns took D and Charlie Brown took veteran.

HOA - Jimmy Wilson will have his name placed on the Joe Nimer trophy for 2008!
