Another one of those days in the mountains, the weather was great for all that made their way to the mountains for a day of sun and fun. It was one of those days that remind you of a movie. Maybe the movie “FOG” Because out to the heavy, and I do mean heavy, morning fog people we haven’t seen in years keep finding their way out and to the club. First was Darvin and Donna Cornett, then came Ken Ryan who we haven’t seen all summer, along with George Ponton who found his way back from the hills of South Dakota, and then Doug and Kim McKinney made it in for a little trap shooting.
For a quick wrap on the day we have BAMBAM Sudderth strutting his stuff around the singles targets with a 99. Then a young man that almost beat me out to open this morning, Philip Berkowitz went out and posted a 92 to lead in Handicap and got himself a half yard punch on the last shoot of the target year. In doubles we had some old fart stumbling around and hitting 92 targets to take honors.
