JC Nunn was the king of the hill today at the Rockingham Lewis Class Fun Shoot September 3rd, 2011. Andrew Kung led all singles shooters with a 49 with Lane Murray, Lewis Wyatt and Roger Shaffer posting 48's. 47's were broken by JC Nunn and Charlie Rinehart and the fun was about to begin in the handicap.
The weather was great and the sun was shining and the wind was minmal. Why in the world folks couldn't hit the handicap targets I will never know. JC won the event with his 46 with Freddy Redmon the next high with a 44. There were only two scores in the 90's and that included JC and Roger Shaffer.
The Lewis Class winners were JC Nunn, Roland Whiteley and Dick Steinert. Dick ran off before we could get a picture of him. Lunch consisted of sandwiches and they were good for sure - thanks Lane.
The next Rock Lewis Class shoot is October 3rd and the next registered shoot at the Rock is September 17th. We would like to thank everybody that came out to shoot and to everybody that helped out.
